The dressage rider on reversing trailers, rugby and cheesy pop tunes
My favourite place is Ristorante Da Michele in Germany. The food is incredible, especially the white truffe ravioli and salmon.
Watching…
I’m a rugby fanatic and, unless it’s for a horse show, I won’t miss a game. Jonny Wilkinson is my idol and my love for the game came from my interest in his career and sporting mentality.
Looking back…
I’d never driven a trailer before I arrived at the Wittigs’ in Germany. Herr Wittig wasn’t bothered and told me to reverse the brand new Böckmann 3.5t and matching trailer into its parking space. I was so worried about hitting the matching 18t that I drove straight into the side of the barn. Luckily, I didn’t do too much damage.
Listening to…
We have about 100 CDs in our lorry, including Take That Greatest Hits, Justin Bieber and Beyoncé, but the best is Celine Dion’s Greatest Hits. My best friend Kate and I have “Because you loved me” down to perfection.
