The culture of an organization enables the bringing together of people and their stakeholders for delivering a unified purpose or objective. It is important to define the organization values, disseminate the same from the Chairman to the workmen, practice hard and imbibe them as the enterprise DNA. Secondly, it is the right capability building model which ensures people have the right skill and will to deliver tomorrow's promises. Thus, a good performance assurance model which supports measuring and recognizing contribution fairly across the organization, and, additionally providing an assured model of predictive performance will make it robust and proactive. Blending the above three in the right proportion depending upon the maturity / readiness of the organization will create a winning enterprise.
