Rustom is yet another feather in Akshay Kumar's cap. But for Arjun N Kapoor producer of the film and founder of KriArj Entertainment, it means hitting gold in his first outing. He gladly says, "I'm very grateful to Akshay sir for letting me produce my first film with him. He is truly one of the finest and most talented actors in our country."

Arjun N Kapoor produced this film with Prerna Arora and he says, “To date I thank Prerna for zeroing in on Rustom to be produced by our production house, KriArj Entertainment. We poured in our sweat, blood, tears, time and everything else to make this happen,” he says with pride. He insists he was lucky to have partners like Nittin Keni, Akash Chawla and Girish Johar of Zee Studios in his first film. It has been a learning curve for him he insists saying, “Often you hear stories of friction between production houses and studios. But we worked together smoothly. There was no tension.”
