My sides ached as I laughed at a joke my boss, Oliver Whiting, had just made.

‘Stop… I can’t breathe!’ I cried. He was the manager at the local restaurant where I’d waitressed since February 2012 and we’d always got on well. Other waitresses thought he was creepy, but Olly’s dark sense of humour tickled me.
