Gadaffi gets the better of Mazwi when Sphe refuses to end her affair with the gangster.
It doesn’t get any more complicated than Moroka heir Mazwi (Musa Ngema) and his wife Sphe’s (Pearl Monama) open marriage. After endless arguing and back and forth fights, they agreed in December 2017 to see other people. But there’s one ground rule that allows them to continue their cheating: being discreet about who they tip-toe around with. Instead, Sphe has been gallivanting around town with her side-piece gangster Gadaffi (Vuyo Dabula) on her arm and Mazwi left raging about it on Friday 19 January. “He throws a fit. Mazwi doesn’t love Sphe but he demands that she respect their marriage by keeping her extra-marital affair hidden from the public,” explains Musa. Mazwi’s shouting and screaming doesn’t scare Sphe off though. She stood quietly by Mazwi’s side while he had his affair with Nolwazi (Thando Thabethe) throughout 2016, so she wants her fair share of fooling around too and Mazwi isn’t about to stop her fun.
