In Adele’s first Instagram post since she tearfully announced the last-minute postponement of her Las Vegas residency, the singer confirmed on February 1 she would still be attending and performing at the Brit Awards. The upbeat post featured her smiling face holding up a hearts playing card and dismissed rumours that her relationship with Rich Paul, 40, was on the rocks. “Rich sends his love,” Adele cheekily ended her Instagram caption.

Just over a week later the singer, 33, was walking the red carpet into the O2 Arena in London, turning heads in a custom black velvet Armani Privé gown. She also pulled focus by flaunting a huge pear-shaped diamond ring on her left hand, which led to speculation that her sports agent beau had popped the question. She kept mum on the subject that night, instead sharing with reporters her plans to eat McDonald’s after the awards show wrapped.
