OLIVIA WILDE, 37

There's not an inch to pinch on her famous figure, but even Olivia Wilde admits following a regimen is tough. "I think anyone who's ever had even a small period of their life where they clean up their act begin to eat healthy food and exercise - they'll say I feel best. But it's hard to sustain that lifestyle. You know it's tricky for anybody to stay totally clean."

A Coca Cola devotee, Wilde is vegetarian, and at times calls herself vegan, depending on what she thinks her body needs.“[Being vegan] is not always easy and accessible," she explained to the HuffPost website, “but it's a way of life and makes me as a person feel really good and physically look better. My skin was better, energy was better."

The mother-of-two fits in incidental exercise with her son and daughter whenever she can. That means hitting New York City's footpaths. "We already walk more than people in a lot of other cities. But when you have an option to walk or take a car, walk if it's an option. I'll take the stairs.

"Rather than sitting at home and taking a call and doing a phone meeting, walk around. You could often incorporate activity into your life."

RICKI-LEE COULTER, 36
