If you’ve been feeling guilty about all that banana bread you stress-ate during the isolation period, or that you’ve stopped exercising since gyms shut down, it’s definitely not just you. According to findings from life and health insurer AIA’s Vitality COVID-19 Insights report, when the world turned upside down earlier this year, so did many of our health habits – which isn’t surprising, since our stress levels increased 156 per cent between February and April, according to the study. We asked some experts how to get back on track with your health goals.
