National Child Awards 2017
On the occasion of Children’s Day, President Ram Nath Kovind gave away the National Child Awards 2017.
The Awards include National Child Awards for Exceptional Achievement for children with outstanding abilities in the fields of education, sports, social service, culture and arts. This year 16 children received the National Child Awards.
The child with the most outstanding achievement is given a cash prize of Rs. 20,000 a certificate and a Gold Medal. The other 15 children are given a cash prize of Rs. 10,000, a certificate and a Silver Medal.
