The best way to describe food in Hawaii is... it’s a true melting pot of flavors. It highlights traditional Polynesian cuisine mixed with Asian and Western influences, thanks to the many immigrants who moved there during the plantation era.

First-time visitors will be happy to know... that many Hawaiian dishes are quite similar to Filipino food. They have sweet barbecues, their own version of kinilaw, and even Polynesian-style lechon. They love seafood and are very proud of their fresh local produce.
