GEOFF PARKER, of West Norfolk Glass, has some great ideas to make your home sparkle
I have a conservatory that I can’t use in winter or on the coldest days; what can I do?
Older-style conservatories often suffer from extremes of temperature and although they have come on leaps and bounds in recent years it’s not always practical or economical to rebuild the entire structure. However a replacement roof is a fantastic way to improve the energy performance of an existing conservatory and make it a living space that can be used year-round. We offer a range of installations including glass, solid or polycarbonate options, and we will remove the old roof safely. With the addition of a replacement roof, plus perhaps the addition of new bi-fold doors, your conservatory can have a new lease of life and makeover at a fraction of the cost of replacing it in its entirety.
I like the idea of an orangery but am not sure about styles – what are the options?
