Jealous showdown sets the stage for $130 million battle.

AFTER 33 years of togetherness and a furious final fight, Goldie Hawn has given lover Kurt Russell the boot, and pals fear a nasty $130 million “divorce” war is looming.

A source close to Goldie, 70, and Kurt, 65, who have a son, Wyatt, 30, says the “spark has finally gone out” and they’ve been living separate lives for some time.

“Kurt and Goldie have quietly ended their relationship,” says the friend. “But since they have kids, grandkids, family friends and fans to consider, they have remained together for appearances’ sake.”

The relationship began shredding over resentments of other people in their lives.

“Goldie’s never forgiven Kurt for what she believes are his indiscretions in the past,” says the source.

In 2000, he was spotted at a seedy massage parlor in Santa Monica.

Goldie appeared to get even by going on a boozy bender in England with TV reporter Charles Glass.

Kurt was also “really embarrassed” by photos of Goldie locking lips with her 31-years YOUNGER business associate Samuel Aroutiounian in London in 2011, notes the insider.
