The result of these efforts is the Lexus Sport Yacht.</p><p>Built in collaboration with Marquis Yachts LLC, an American yacht manufacturer, the new creation is constructed largely of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic, the same kind found in the world&rsquo;s top supercars, including Lexus&rsquo; own LFA. The material saves nearly 4,000 pounds compared with a similar craft made from the fiberglass reinforced sort. The boat is powered by twin 5.0-liter V-8 gasoline engines based on the high-performance 2UR-GSE engine that powers Lexus&rsquo; RC F coupe; together they yield 950 horsepower. Measuring in at 42 feet and capable of reaching a top speed of 49 mph while carrying up to eight passengers, the Lexus Sport yacht is a one-off concept&mdash;so if you&rsquo;re hoping to own one, your last name had better be Toyoda.</p>
