Beaches and Black Swan actor Barbara Hershey stars in a new one-off horror film about an elderly woman, Judith Albright, who is forced to move into a care home, Golden Sun Manor, when she suffers a mild stroke and is unable to look after herself any more.
Judith soon makes friends with her fellow residents, including Roland (Bruce Davison), but begins to witness strange occurrences and nightmarish visions. When residents begin to mysteriously die, she’s convinced that a sinister presence is haunting the nursing home.
DEMENTIA OR DEMONS?
However, even her devoted grandson Josh (Nicholas Alexander) thinks her fears are the result of dementia, not demons. And with no one willing to believe her, Judith decides she must escape the home before she becomes another victim.
