KILLING EVE

NEW FROM MONDAY 28 FEBRUARY / BBC iPLAYER / EP 1 of 8 / DRAMA

Macabre murders and dark humour have made Killing Eve one of the most compelling thrillers of recent years.

Each episode of the final eight-part series will debut on BBC iPlayer weekly on Mondays before airing on BBC1 the following Saturday.

Here, stars Fiona Shaw, Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer tell us more…

‘Eve's not scared any more'

Sandra Oh, 50, on unleashing a new side of her character

What can you tell us about the final series?

Villanelle's relationships get deeper. We explore Carolyn's morality and see the return of some past characters.

I hope fans enjoy the way we've brought Eve and Villanelle to a close, and that they've had a good time.

Where is Eve at the start of series four?

A surprising place. A lot has shifted and she's in a place of decisiveness and action.

What she's been searching for hasn't changed, but her attitude has.

She's not scared any more. Eve does things we haven't seen her do before, and it's been great to play.

How does she see Villanelle now?

She realises that to meet her end, she could only do it with Villanelle. Eve's trying to figure out the pull towards Villanelle.

Does Eve get any great costumes?

I still wear a parka and Eve's polo! But my clothes are better now I was always jealous of Villanelle and Carolyn's wardrobes! But there are scenes this time where Eve wears something crazy - it works to express her mindset.
