Since being crowned Queen of the Jungle on last year’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, it seems there’s no stopping Scarlett Moffatt.

Having been a firm fan favourite on Gogglebox since appearing on the C4 series, Scarlett got her first taste of being a TV presenter at this year’s National TV Awards, quizzing the famous faces she had long been watching on the telly.

The best, however, was yet to come because Scarlett’s now landed a dream presenting role on Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, which continues this week.

‘Not in a million years did I think being in the jungle would open all these doors,’ admits Scarlett, 27. ‘Some of my favourite memories are of being at home, belly laughing with the family watching Saturday Night Takeaway. I always dreamt, “That will be me one  day”. Knowing I’m part of that now is overwhelming.’

Scarlett’s Takeaway debut, which was watched by 7.4 million viewers, may have seen her flying high in a helicopter above London, choosing members of the public to fill the show’s ‘Best Seats in the House’, but she’s quick to say her feet will always be firmly on the ground.
