Riding High On The Heels Of Post-Produce 101 Fame, Meet K-Pop’S New Crop Of Fresh-Faced Heartthrobs Who Are Poised To Become The Next Big Things.
A survival reality programme based on the concept of the public (aka ‘national producers’) ‘producing’ a boy band via voting, the second season of Produce 101 (PD101) saw 101 trainees competing for a chance to debut in the 11-member project group, Wanna One.
MXM
We’ve always known that Youngmin and Donghyun (DongPaca, anyone?) have impeccable chemistry since PD101, so it comes as no surprise that they’d make an unbeatable musical duo. Ahead of their upcoming debut album, MXM dropped pre-released tracks ‘Good Day’ and ‘I Just Do’ – the first single composed by Wanna One member Daehwi, while Donghyun had a hand in the second number. If their self-produced efforts are any indication, we’re in for a solid treat this September.
