While many brands returned to display their collections in the 65th NGF at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon (E), Mumbai, there were a few new brands which chose the platform of the NGF to ‘do the new’. Here’s looking at Mafatlal and their new venture to explore the womenswear category. Apparel reports straight from the venue.
Awarded ‘No 1 Brand’ and the ‘Most Promising Brand’ and the ‘Influential Brand’ tags during the year 2014-2017, Mafatlal has all major Certifications and has been known as a path breaker in the menswear category for decades. Pioneering a change within the menswear paradigm was just the beginning as the brand has now forayed into the womenswear front and is just ready to conquer the new arena with much grace.
“We, at Mafatlal, take immense pleasure to present our new womenswear line ‘Glamour’. Glamour introduces a curated selection of refined and classy garments created by dedicated designing and intricate craftsmanship,” mentioned Mr M B Raghunath, VP Sales & Marketing, Mafatlal Industries Ltd, while talking about the launch and what one can expect from the brand in this category.
