Soft-shell Tacos
PICK-YOUR-PROTEIN SOFT TACOS

PREP + COOK TIME 35 MINUTES SERVES 4

  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt flakes
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for brushing
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chilli in adobo sauce
  • 200g sour cream
  • 12 small tortillas (see notes) lime wedges and Tabasco, to serve
