1 cup (10g) mixed salad leaves Siracha or tomato sauce, to serve
CARROT KIMCHI
4 large carrots, peeled
180g daikon, peeled
2 green onions, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon sea salt flakes
2 cups (500ml) filtered water
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons caster sugar
