What is the story behind Polli Talu?
As a little girl, we visited an older couple in Sweden who lived in a small farmhouse surrounded by forest. There, I picked a carrot straight from the earth, rinsed off the soil and bit right in. It was the sweetest, most delicious carrot I’d ever had. I can still remember the taste today. I believe it was this experience that instilled in me the dream to live in the countryside and own a farm someday.
