Taking Too Much Time Off Could Potentially Derail Your Goals. So This December Keep Your Exercise on Track.
For most of us, December is a time for rest and relaxation, but that doesn’t mean your holiday should only consist of lazy days by the pool or on the beach, with no form of activity. In fact, taking too much time off could potentially derail your goals as it takes just two weeks to start losing significant strength and fitness. However, the right approach to holiday-time exercise could set you up for success in the year ahead.
To implement a successful summer holiday training regimen, I suggest that you make a commitment to dedicate just 15–20 minutes each day to engaging in some form of intense training. That’s it! Short and sweet, but oh so effective.
A BASIC WORKOUT COULD CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING:
5-minute warm-up
10-minute workout
