 My Fitness Regime...  "My fitness regime has changed drastically over the years. In the initial stages of my career, I didn't have much knowledge about fitness. But over the years, I have educated myself and learnt what it takes to nurture my body."  

Areas I Concentrate On ... "As a cricketer, I need to focus on being match-ready at all times. There's no part of my body I can ignore. It's always good to have a chat with your trainers who understand your body and its needs. "In cricket, we need all parts of our body to be fit - shoulders for throwing and bowling, a strong core for long-term batting and good stamina for overall performance."
