When your body changes, it’s easy to feel out of touch with it. Zephné Weston spent ages trying to get comfortable in her skin with tons of different diets. And she does mean tons: “I’ve tried every diet under the sun: Weigh-Less, the Dukan Diet, HCG injections, Atkins, high-protein, starvation, the Cabbage Soup Diet, the 28-Day Diet, you name it,” she says. None of them worked and in 2014 she felt most uncomfortable during a trip to Thailand. “I had to apply Vaseline on my inner thighs because they were raw from rubbing against each other while walking,” she said. “That’s when I realised I had a problem.”
