A Daily Routine

Many a time our day passes by mundanely and at night we go to sleep feeling that nothing worthwhile has been accomplished. Important tasks remain on the to-do list, chores remain undone and there is a general feeling of dissatisfaction. When there is free time, we don’t know what to do and at other times we feel overwhelmed by what needs to be done.

This is where the teachings of The Yoga Institute come to our rescue. Smt. Hansaji has time and again emphasized the importance of a daily routine. This provides a guideline on how to spend the day productively.

Everyone needs to chart out a routine for themselves based on their requirements and activities. A certain amount of thought is required to prepare a daily plan.

For this we need to sit down with a paper and pencil and a cool mind. Divide the day into hours and get started.
