Claire Goodale aka E’Claire Makery found her niche in crochet colour work, and now it gives her such a buzz

Crochet has been part of who I am and what I do for most of my life, but quite often I felt like I had not yet found my place in the crochet world – I needed to discover making something that I truly loved.

My grandma first taught me how to crochet when I was seven and I started out with making long strands of chain stitches, which opened the door to the wonderful world of crochet. I was convinced at age 13 that I wanted to be a crochet designer someday. Fast forward 11 years later, and here I am designing full time!
