Some things are meant to be and when Amy Spargo and her husband Josh viewed their home overlooking Port Phillip Bay in Mount Martha, she had a sense of déjà vu. ‘An odd sensation came over me,’ says Amy, an interior designer and owner of Maine House Interiors. ‘I wondered whether the feeling of familiarity was because it was similar to the homes that I grew up in.’
