The antonym of a typical mid-sized apartment in Mumbai, this ultra-luxury 6,000 sqft residence is designed by merging two separate three and four-BHK apartments. The space is designed to house four large bedrooms and other ancillary spaces such as a private study, home office, a theatre system, spa and a few lounge rooms. The lavish house sports a separate wing for entertaining guests and a formal dining room.

Krupa Zubin, Principal Partner, ZZ Architects, says, “As the clients were aware of our gamut of work, they were very supportive and clear with their brief — the home had to feel spacious and spread out. The fact that we conceptualised a unique, curved-wall vestibule right at the entrance helped us divide the home into two separate areas purely based on the use of private and entertaining spaces.”
