This charming little house in Harfield Village, Cape Town is everything engaged couple Tiyon Loubser and Sipho Evans wanted in their first home: it’s close to great restaurants and not too far from the city centre and surrounding hiking trails. It also has a small outdoor area where they can soak up the sunshine and get some fresh air.
It was an easy decision: the couple made an offer to purchase in December 2017 and moved in shortly after.
