Spazio retails collections of seven Italian – and more recently one Spanish – luxury furniture brands known for their exclusive designs with an international appeal. The brands are B & B Italia, Fendi Casa, Heritage, Kettal, Lema, Medea, Poltrona Frau and Trussardi Casa.

Established in 2002, Pune-based Panchshil Realty is a real estate company that develops premium residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and F & B projects. On competition of projects, the company often received enquiries from clients regarding sourcing of high-end furniture. To meet the requirements of their clients and provide end-to-end solutions, the company decided to establish a retail space that would offer their existing clients furniture from premium Italian brands.
