More and more condos are embracing the idea that less is more, especially in terms of space. Extremely affordable units come with both a small price tag and an even smaller floor area. Tiny homes are not a trend, they are here to stay and are borne out of necessity. We have embraced small spaces as a part of today’s standard of living. Units in Paris come as small as 9 sqm., and in Hong Kong a less glamorous version of hostel rentals or bed-spacing are a normal living space. Luckily, the smallest we’ve seen so far is this 16-sqm. unit.
