One of the great privileges of my job is having conversations with some of the most interesting people on the planet, and the erudite President and CEO of Hyatt hotels, Mark Hoplamazian, is certainly one of them. An Armenian-American who has ascended to the top of the global corporate ladder, Hoplamazian speaks with great thoughtfulness, rigour, authority and depth, drawing connections and gleaning insights from his business and personal experiences across the world. One of them: Technology is disrupting almost every industry, including hospitality. His response: To provide the opposite – humanness.
