Keeping scalp balanced: We have a tendency to overdo and overcorrect when it comes to our skin, hair, and even life. When our skin is oily, we try to make it dry...same goes with our scalp. But the key to healthy hair does not lie in the extremes. Balance is key! So do not try to over or under wash your scalp, that will only disturb it. Instead, bring some neutrality to the situation by keeping your hair and scalp nourished even after it is thoroughly cleansed.
