What inspired Perrier-Jouët’s new permanent cuvee, the Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs?
Chardonnay is in the Perrier-Jouët spirit and we truly cherish this heritage. The blanc de blancs is made only from Chardonnay grapes, the most elegant and delicate variety of grapes you can find in the Champagne region. We wanted our new blanc de blancs to be a tribute to the grape variety; with its distinctive vivacity and delicate floral notes, it fully reveals the vibrant freshness of Chardonnay.
