Baba Ghanoush, A Magical Dip!

It’s time to traverse new regions and lands hitherto unvisited. All you have to do is deal with ingredients familiar to the Indian palate, follow new recipes and as you relish these fabulous new tastes, we promise you will be transported to new places!

Dips are a versatile way to eat almost anything. They are great for starters, and are satisfying, filling flavors that help keep anyone eating healthy. Healthy dips are also a great way of helping one to stick to a three-day detox regimen, especially when you are switching to eating a predominantly raw, healthy diet for a few days.

My all time favourite dip is Baba Ghanoush. This dip is already extremely popular in world cuisine. It originates from Levantine cuisine – or cuisine that was inspired from the times of the Ottoman empire. This covers the areas of Jordan, Israel, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria and parts of Turkey, Iraq and Cyprus.
