Designers launch and brand clothing lines, fashion shows are a regular occurrence, and though ip ops are a closet staple for locals, so are the latest fashions. is fall, purple reigns as a hue, and clothes with cinched waists are in. The race begins at 2:47 p.m., the time of day in 1990 when thermometers in the metro Phoenix area reached 122 degrees on June 26.
