The UAE may have become associated with the finest in luxury and super sports cars over the years, but it is the iconic Mercedes-Benz Geländewagen that has truly become synonymous with the region.
From humble beginnings as a proposed military vehicle, the G-Class has somewhat become a functional allterrain status symbol and the personal vehicle of choice for the elite. With a newly redesigned version due for release later this year, Mercedes has created a strictly limited version of 99 units of the 38-year-old icon. But this is a lot more than just a fancy G-Wagen.
