the interview:
AMM - With so much out there to offer and welcome you, you chose to be a fashion model. What led you to make this decision?
Jason - It’s something that I’ve always wanted to do but never had the courage to do it. I’ve learned life is about taking chances and you never know how far you can go unless you try.
AMM - What goes on in your mind when you see yourself in prints or videos?
Jason - I’m very hard on myself so I always look and see what I could have done a little better.
AMM - Being a male model of color, was there a barrier you have to overcome that you didn’t foresee?
Jason - I’ve always been told that it would be alot harder for a male model and even much harder being a male model of color. There aren’t many male models as it is so the few that are out there have to really compete with one another.
