The death of Kobe Bryant has been the biggest movement I’ve ever in my life seen. Kobe died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California at the age 41 alongside his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others. I’ve seen people die and just have a funeral but when Kobe passed it was like he never died. His fans keep his legacy alive by going out to the staple center to show their support and paying their respects to the legend. Fans built a wall of paper to sign for Kobe. This news hit nationwide.

Kobe was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but the love he gave to the city was priceless. As far as anyone was concerned he was from Los Angeles because he played his whole career here. He came straight out of high school to the pros. Los Angeles has always treated Kobe like one of us. He has played professional in the league for 20 years with the Los Angeles Lakers. Bryant has won five NBA championships; he’s an 18-time all-star, 15time member of the All NBA Team, and a 12-time member of the All-Defensive Team. He was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in 2008, and 2 time NBA finals MVP winner.

Kobe is the son of former basketball player Joe Bryant nicknamed “Jellybean” who was the head coach of the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks back in the early 2000’s.
