7 WOMEN ACCUSE TOP DJ OF SEX ABUSE

DJ Tim Westwood has been accused of predatory sexual behaviour and groping by seven women who say he abused his position to exploit them.

The former BBC presenter, now 64, is accused over incidents that allegedly happened between 1992 and 2017.

Detailed accounts have been given by the seven women, who say they met Westwood, an early champion of hip-hop, through his work as a DJ. One of the women said: “Someone taking advantage of my naivety and lack of confidence isn't something that I should have to carry with shame."
