The TV favorite, 65, faces being sued by Damien McKiernan – who was allegedly axed from the show – for unfair dismissal, bullying, and discrimination.
It comes a week after we told how former regular Gary Hollywood is also set to sue.
A show insider said: “Damien has decided to take legal action. He doesn’t feel like he has been fairly treated and wants justice.”
Damien was stunned when he was apparently cut from the show in October.
The 54-year-old, who played Rory Brown, made a formal complaint to the BBC over the situation.
But after the issue was not resolved, he decided to pursue legal action.
