Your busy life doesn’t leave much room for pampering. But with the rise of more beauty products in the past two years, it’s no longer an excuse not to spoil yourself a little and indulge in some quality “me-time” habit.

I’ve learned to develop a skincare routine that helps me relax at the end of the day. While some will have difficulty doing this because of exhaustion at night, skincare doesn’t have to be complex, timeconsuming, and expensive.

I started taking care of my skin more deliberately in 2017 when I saw my face haggard and dull in a hotel mirror while on vacation with friends. I realized that even if I’m busy, it’s not an excuse to take myself for granted. And it’s not vanity either. It’s simply giving myself time to breathe amidst deadlines, workloads, traffic, commitments, and more.
