In reality, I’ve run away from home, just for a few days, to escape the humdrum of school lunches, work and the inevitable taxi driving that comes with having two active children.
Home for the next five hours is the awe-inspiring TranzAlpine train. I’ll be traversing from one side of the stunning South Island to the other, east coast to west. Ranked as one of the most fabulous train trips in the world,
