Full of vitamins and minerals: Beets have vitamins A, C, E, K, B1, B2, B6, B12. Besides, it has iron, calcium, potassium, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, Iodine and sodium. So it provides these useful vitamins and minerals to our body. These can make our body fight with cold and flu, asthma, anaemia and more. It enhances our immune system.
