And Ar. Rakesh Bhosale & Nishali Bhosale and their team at Bhosale and Bhosale Architects, Pune, understood it. The design's primary distinguishing factor would be its green spine. It is an architectural element incorporating many functions into one fluid gesture. The designer then drew a basic sketch of two rectanguloids. The third one becomes the bridge between the spaces.
The home's layout keeps a conscious distinction between the inside and the outside. The gracefully aged exterior is raw and rustic. The building has three courtyard spaces the front, the centre and the backcourt.
