Food is something Restaurateur and Entrepreneur Rakshay Dhariwal was extremely passionate about since a young age. Having lived all over the world - in the US, Europe, South East Asia, South Africa, and of course India, he got great exposure to different cuisines and varied cultural nuances of how food was prepared and served. “There is no greater joy for me than seeing happy customers in my restaurants. Their happiness and good wishes is a real blessing for me,” he happily shared. Rakshay owns Passcode Hospitality that operate brands like Jamun, PCO, Pistola and Ping’s, to name a few. Recently, he spoke at length with Retailer about his latest ventures in restaurant and his innovation in the beverages space.
