After deciding to enter the real estate industry around 20 years ago, Rogers Healy quickly fell in love with it. “I was in college and wanted to make some extra money, so I started helping my friends find apartment leases,” Rogers explains. Born and raised in Texas, he’s passionate about his home state, and loved showing students everything it has to offer. After graduating, he hit the ground running, learning as much as he could from some of the top agents in his area. Today he is the CEO and owner of The Rogers Healy Companies in Dallas, where he and other like-minded agents help people achieve their real estate goals. The vast majority of their business consists of repeat clients and referrals, a testament to their exceptional service and communication skills.
"I think what sets us apart from our competition is a combination one of which is confidence," of things, he says. "I outwork everyone, and I'm not afraid to be ambitious with marketing." Much of Rogers' growth is attributed to their presence on social media, which has allowed them to become a recognized brand in the area.
