Kshitij Chauhan is absolutely riding high with the buzz surrounding his latest film,Vedaa. This project not only showcases his impressive acting range but has also earned him some serious accolades. With Bollywood heavyweights taking notice, Kshitij feels a surge of validation for all the hard work he’s put into his craft.
The industry’s positive feedback has been heartwarming. Kshitij shares that John Abraham, who produced and starred in Vedaa, even promised him that calls would come once the film hit screens. “I’ve always been a fan of John sir since my childhood and coming from him, this was a huge boost,” he gushes.
Reflecting on his journey, the newcomer reveals he’s been super focussed about his career path, carefully choosing roles that add to a filmography he can truly be proud of. “I want to be selective,” he says with an assertive spark reflecting in his eyes, “I want each role to mean something.”
His approach kicked off with his first project Chutzpah, a web series from Maddock Films three years ago. Producer Dinesh Vijan saw something special in him. Kshitij fondly recalls Vijan calling him a “soft face.”
