Frankie Bridge jetted off to Santa Monica last week for a glorious summer holiday with her husband Wayne Bridge and their sons Parker and Carter.
The 33-year-old looked sensational in a black bikini as she and Wayne, 42, soaked up the Californian sun with their boys.
Frankie had a golden glow as she walked along the white sandy beach and her short brunette hair was styled in a new choppy bob.
The former Saturdays singer added some extra chic with a pair of black Hailey Bieberinspired sunglasses.
It looks like Frankie, who is a doting mum to Carter, set to turn seven this week, and Parker, eight, is now in a better place with her fitness regime after previously speaking about her difficult relationship with exercise.
"I used to think that exercise had to be really hard to be worthwhile and thought that I had to give up an hour-and-a-half of my day to fit it in, so I would find keeping up motivation over long periods of time really tough," Frankie shared in the past. She added, "I think there is a lot of negative language around exercise. I always saw workouts as a chore or a punishment that I had to 'get done"." But after launching her own fitness programme Results Wellness Lifestyle, Frankie changed her mindset about keeping fit, adding that it has "transformed" her motivation.
She revealed, "I stopped seeing it as something I didn't want to do and instead I now see it as a positive part of my life."
