When he's not acting, he's writing fantasy novels. When he is acting, he can be anything from one of Australia's most beloved rock stars Michael Hutchence, an infamous pirate, or a Summer Bay blow-in. In Scrublands, Luke Arnold, 39, plays investigative journalist Martin Scarsden, who is sent on assignment to a country town to write a story one year on from a shocking crime. Arnold tells WHO he's hoping the series, which is based on one of several Scarsden books by Chris Hammer, is the first of many.
